“Breakfast was great as well as the general menu. Lobby was excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. The location fantastic for the connection to transit and the tram. Didn’t like having to pay for the pool and sauna though as I thought they should be free, just like the gym. Still overall a great place to spend a few days. ”

“We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...
