“FZeen is a great place situated on a hill just in front of the blue sea of Kefalonia! The hotel is really nice with a boho decor and pools with an amazing sea view. The food is not bad but nothing special and the breakfast are a bit ripetitive after a few days! Lovely outdoor gym with sea view (it would be better if the hotel would update the machines) and “yoga cabana”. The staff in general was really nice and they tried to do their best to help us with the ferry tickets, transfer or beaches...

“Premetto: avevo scritto alla struttura il giorno prima chiedendo loro la possibilità di un upgrade (dato che non ci avrei passato nemmeno la notte ma solo la giornata - esattamente 6 ore - in vista del mio volo la sera), ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Il giorno seguente ci presentiamo. La stanza da me prenotata era già una delle migliori ma alla signora che ci ha accolto abbiamo chiesto di nuovo la possibilità di avere un upgrade. “Assolutamente lontano da una struttura 5 stelle, spiaggia impraticabile, piscina con sdraio tutte ammassate, ristorante a buffet che sembra una mensa. Male molto male”

“La struttura è molto bella, le camere comode, il personale dell’hotel (escluso Fram, vedi più avanti) veramente professionale ed attento, i massaggiatori della spa molto qualificati. Il cibo non manca mai ed è di qualità superiore. Campo da tennis e da padel pressoché nuovi, le piscine belle e con un panorama da cartolina. “Very small basic rooms and bathrooms. Booking reservations for dinner was an all day thing on their app.”

“Albergo 2 stelle consiglio x posizione e prezzo e pulizia..la struttura purtroppo avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione ma credo che poi il prezzo non sarebbe piu conveniente come lo è stato ora.”

“Costa Botanica is a great hotel - it has good communal areas, bars and the choice of restaurants is really good. There are numerous pools and a private beach, so it feels like there is so much space, it’s never too crowded. The staff are also amazing, they never stop and really prioritise service. Where the hotel is let down is the rooms, they feel dated, damp and dark and really need an update. Hopefully the rooms get a makeover soon to really make this a 5 star resort! ”

“Alexander was very nice with us all the time. There were electric power outages due to bad weather but implied lack of current water in the room. There were issues with the cleaning crew missing for few days. The room was fine. The hotel needs a sign at the front, when we got there weren’t sure if that was the right place ”
