“First floor window didn't lock, was moves to a new room then that one had hair in tub drain and it drained slow, dental floss on floor, main areas smelled of smoke and had not been cleaned well for awhile. Only ice machine that worked was on 3rd floor. Would not return.”

“Clean and well maintained hotel. Loved our stay. I was a little disappointed because the hot tub was broke and they upgraded my room to one with a hot tub without me even asking. We had just gone to the World Cup in Kansas City the day before and I really needed a hot tub. Thank you so much. It was greatly appreciated.”
