“We have stayed at the Kveldsro for a week plus on two occasions, and really enjoyed ourselves each time. The hotel is not a new building, but as a result is full of character. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms fairly recently updated. The dining room and many of the bedrooms have a wonderful view over the Lerwick harbour. “Outstanding service and care from the staff- they seem to have a ‘family’ vibe going on Speciall thanks to manager Jane for local info & taking care of us. Rooms we saw were spacious and clean We had a room at the back which was light and quiet- we neede a couple of recovery afternoon kips which were uninterrupted. Dinner was tasty & of really good quality and variety; breakfasts hearty with healthier/ continental options. 5 stars. Even locals confirmed best hotel in Shetland ”
