“It was our first time in Shetland and from the day we arrived the staff could not have done anything more for us they went over and above to help us with places to go things to see . “Jayden, Megan and Shawn were friendly and helpful and kind. The hotel is very very old but beautiful and the beds clean and comfortable. The hotel is right in the water so you fall asleep to water lapping at the walls. The hotel is also super convenient as it is right next to the main shopping street. Highly recommend”

“The hotel was clean, warm but dated. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The fact that there was no restaurant meant no meal or breakfast but the staff advised me of lovely alternatives. I believe the hotel has just changed hands so probably just getting things organised and i hope it works for them.”

“This Hotel offered excellent service, the room was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. We ate in the dining room for breakfast and dinner and both meals were of a high standard. We would definitely recommend to others to stay here if they came to the Shetlands and we would stay here again. ”
