“We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...

“The hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere. There is a restaurant for breakfast and dinner but with very limited offer. You need a car to go to restaurants in Lyndhurst. Anyway, the bus stop is very close to the hotel and with 20-30 minutes you can reach Manhattan”

“It was very humid in our room. I only had a sheet and a super thin blanket on the bed and the air wouldn’t turn warmer so I was very cold. It was my fault for not calling down and asking for a blanket. Overall it was just fine and I’d stay there again. ”

Next morning, We asked to check by cameras but we are still waiting. We will never come back in this hotel and for your own safety we do not raccomand it!!!"
