“초등 아이 동반 여름 휴가로 방문했습니다. 아이들이 있어서 온돌룸으로 예약을 했는데요. 첫날 방의 냉방에 조금 문제가 있었는데 새벽 시간이었는데도 호텔측에서 방을 새로 배정해서 잘 수 있도록 빠르게 조치를 취해 주셨어요. 시설이 최신인 호텔은 제주도에 요즘 많지만 서비스 수준의 노련함은 역시 신라호텔인거같습니다. ”

“Gutes Hotel, scheint etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, aber trotzdem war ich sehr zufrieden. Das Parkhaus war etwas verwirrend zu finden, da genau gegenüber ein weiteres ShinShin Hotel ist und ich erstmal in das falsche Parkhaus fahren wollte.”

“23평 예약했는데, 37평짜리 업그레이드받아서 숙박했습니다~ 방2개 화장실 2개 거실, 부엌인데 이정도 규모에 가격(3박 4명 17만원대)을 생각하면 정말 가성비가 좋아요~ 생수 500ml 2개 서비스로 냉장고에 들어있고, 수건 매일 인당 2개씩 교체해주고, 화장지랑 다 잘 구비되어있습니다. 치약은 챙겨가셔야 되네요. 산쪽에 위치해서 시내와의 거리는 있는 편이지만, 차로 이동하시는거면 큰 불편사항은 아닐듯합니다. ”

Each floor had a microwave near the elevator, which was really convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making me feel at home throughout my stay.
