“L'hotel, contravvenendo a quanto dichiarato al momento della prenotazione, mi ha addebitato l'intero pagamento due giorni prima del check in. Al momento del mio arrivo, alle 21,30, prima ha finto di non sapere che eravamo tre adulti, poi di fronte all'evidenza dei miei documenti, ci hanno raccontato che il soffitto della nostra stanza era crollato e che quindi ci avrebbero trasferite a un altro albergo analogo, il Fragrance Nature. “Very nice, very helpful staff. Lovely property—especially the villas with private pools. Good gym, good restaurant. Only downside is that it’s pretty isolated with not a lot to do nearby. But if relaxation is what you want, you’ll get it.”

“It was a lovely stay thank you, we were most welcomed. Key for us was the hotel's willingness to cook meals that were nut and egg free, as one of our party has serious allergic reactions to these. The cook met us at each meal to say what could be accommdated and what needed to be avoided, which wasn't much via their adjustments. Lovely meals too. Would highly recommend!”
