“Nos fue muy pésimo. Primero en la reserva quedo que el cobro se haría en el hotel, pero hicieron el cobro un mes antes. Nos indicaron dos días antes de llegar que se les había dañado la planta eléctrica y nos enviaron a un hotel malisimo y por lo tanto solo nos quedamos dos noches por lo cual nos dijeron que nos devolverían el valor de la noche no usada mas la diferencia por el hotel más barato. Después de tres semanas no hicieron la devolución a pesar de que por Whatsapp nos decían que ya...

“The hotel was easy to find, check in was fairly quick once she found the reservation. The room was smaller than we thought, the bed were comfortable and the central air conditioning was good. Since the hotel is located in a very busy part of town and there are no windows in the bathroom the smell of car exhaust was nasuating mainly in the bathroom but could be smelt in the room as well. ”
