“Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. “We love to stay here. Kanecha's House is located right on the river and is easily walkable within minutes to the market areas. I love the indoor/outdoor rain-shower and the large open outdoor space with the contained air-conditioned room. The bed is so comfortable! It's love;y and green with plenty of plants, cats and an outdoor communal kitchen on the water. Great value for money too. Staff are always helpful and lovely when we have stayed.”

“Like some Soviet-era government hotel, this was obviously designed to impress (and at first glance it does) but has staff that don’t seem trained or even that interested to provide a good service level. “This was the second time we have stayed here and would do so again. The rooms are really nice and the breakfast is very good. It's easy to find just off the main highway, but not noisy. On this occasion the hotel bar was a little disappointing as cocktails were not on offer, nor was my favourite 'craft' beer which was available last time but not this, but the overall stay wasn't adversely impacted.”

“We were in Lampng for only one night. The hotel was down an alley or small road. They didn't have our reservation, but we had only booked a day before. We were able to show them our hotels.com info and they were fine. The room was big and had a good ac. Bed was a little hard, but fine.
