“The hotel was very well maintained.. It’s a signature of Luang Prabang in Laos . Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly specially the laides at the restaurant for breakfast. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the river cruise and the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .”

“Everything about our stay was exceptional—from the prime location and warm hospitality to the spotless cleanliness, great amenities, and comfortable room. The breakfast was both delicious and generous. Next time, we would love to book a poolside view room!”

“Wonderful experience. Beautiful and unique property with a delightful view. The pool is dreamy. But most of all the team are the amazing and truly welcoming. We felt at home. Many thanks”

“tutto andato benissimo, torneremo.”

“The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant. Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby....
