“I booked it on line and everything is already confirmed but when I get there and check in then they say that I booked it on the old owner account and nothing they can do to help me get my money back so I have to call my credit card to cancel it”

“Nice hotel right next to Thai embassy. Rooms are big, breakfast is a very generous buffet. The management is absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to help us when we run into some trouble during our stay. (Trouble not connected to the hotel) I can highly recommend this place they really shine if you need some assistance during your stay.”
