“The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant. Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby....

Oui et en prononçant notre nom il a dit d'attendre qqes instants pour d'autres arrivants. Il était très souriants et agréable. Il est Suédois et marié avec une Laotienne, Penny laquelle tient un restaurant.
