“Very large hotel, staff are mostly pleasant. Average maintenance. Breakfast has options, although does not change much over the course of a week. The egg stand at the breakfast serves cold, half-cooked, pre-made omelettes, although the chef was very busy on his phone, for both days I waited there, and could not attend to my request to heat one up. “Wow! This hotel property is amazing! The resort pool and gardens are beautiful, and the views across the river to the karst topography in the Vang Vieng area are breath-taking! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful -- with lots of options to choose from, and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. My room was huge, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. And I loved my outdoor patio space with poolside and mountain views! Incredible!...
