“This Inn is undergoing renovation and has only in the last couple of months re-opened. They have concentrated on the public areas, the bar, reception etc. Unfortunately the guest rooms are unfinished and the corridors to them are in a building site state. They should not have opened up the guest rooms until these were complete. Although comfortable the guest rooms had an unfinished feel about them. “Although an older building the rooms are bright, roomy and warm. we opted for an evening meal the first night which was lovely as are the breakfasts with a nice range of choices. Patricia and Tom are very welcoming and nothing is a problem. Plenty of tea and coffee and a nice cosy guest sitting room with a very warm stove. Location is very peaceful yet very close to Belfast and a lot of the attractions around. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back! ”

De locatie was wat afgelegen, maar juist dat vonden wij erg prettig. Het zorgde voor veel rust en privacy, weg van de drukte. Het uitzicht was werkelijk geweldig en maakte ons verblijf extra bijzonder. We hebben hier enorm van genoten en konden heerlijk ontspannen. There were individual jams, butter, fresh bread, cereal, coffee, tea etc. The upstairs loft is spacious with a lovely garden and another little pink cottage that has a living room where you have a fabulous view of the water. “The apartment itself is decorated and presented to a high standard. It is however a couple of hundred meters up an unmarked track from the main road. For unknown reasons the owners were unaware of our booking, as a result the owner wasn't available to direct us to the apartment. I would suggest making contact with the owner directly as soon as booking this apartment. ”
