“Lovely house with a lot of space pool and large area to play.The reason for the 3 star is because there were a few things which surprised us and cumulatively these did affect things overall.The oven in the main house didn’t work which was mentioned on the previous reviews in the book - it actually did but there was a flick of a switch needed so we spent the 1st 8days without in a self catering place.The air conditioning was not in the whole place as we had interpreted from the write up and the 2...

“The farm house is wonderful, well equipped and plenty of space for the 9 of us. The locations is fantastic with the town a short walk away, where there was a Spar, brasserie & Indian restaurant (highly recommended). On arrival the pool was murky and dirty, and we had to clean the day bed sheets, the owner it got sorted with help from a local friend and the hoover was run daily. “Beautiful gite with all the facilities you could think of. A lovely welcome package of bread, butter, jam, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, eggs and a bottle of sparkling wine. The hosts Fran and Johnny were on hand if needed and very friendly along with their lovely children. The gite was well decorated and very clean.
