“Probabably bad timing there were groups of guests who were making unbearable noise and were left to their noise inconviniencing other guests. The dinner buffet was great, breakfast great as well. Sitting area not so great. The rooms are set in more like a hostel feel style. The stuff was cool. ”

“Nice and big pool, good Wi-Fi. Poor information about the sauna and how to get from the gym to the pool. The stuff advised to go through the lobby to through the casino, so wet like this after the same way. The terraces poorly maintained, table and chairs not in order. Sparkling water wasn’t available at all in the hotel. ”

“ONe of those places where you are frustrated the scale stops at 5. Faultless. Wonderful, friendly people. Amazing gardens and location. Dinner was delicious, with some delicious wine. Breakfast too was superb. We even had the waiter come to our room in advance to ask how we liked our steaks! Not to mention discovering the 15 year old Glenmorangie behind the bar at a very reasonable price. Our laundry we done perfectly in just a couple of hours. “Le lodge est très impersonnel... beaucoup de ressemblance avec un ancien hôpital. L’accueil est correct et Le personnel est disponible mais cela reste un peu en dessous par rapport à ce que l’on peut trouver ailleurs au Lesotho. La wifi ne fonctionnais pas. La vue est splendide ”

“Staff was courteous. Air conditioner and TV didn’t work in Room 70 the first night and Mosotho helper moved me to Room 68 the second night. Air conditioner didn’t work in Room 68. Hot night but slept well.”
