“Excellent downtown location.. Quiet property despite being in the heart of it all. Room was comfortable, bed even more so. Problem was with some of the guests. Had to call down to desk in the middle of the night because of guests fighting and throwing objects in room. Our vehicle’s dashboard cam recorded multiple individuals engaging with our car and one individual peering into our trunk holding a large object. When the car’s alarm went off, he backed away. This occurred in the hotel’s garage.”

“We stayed 2 separate nights, a Sunday and a Wednesday. On Sunday, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out on Monday morning was different. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was available. On Sunday, 1 restaurant was closed. On Wednesday, 3 restaurants were "temporarily" closed and 1 was closed for a special event.
