Some staff (reception etc.) very friendly and caring, but some especially in the restaurants not. Travel desk was extremely helpful and flexibel in organising tours. Bad experience in the Restaurant Pegasus - in terms of staff and food quality. However a very nice experience.”

“What a fantastic stay st the AM! We were given a large house of our own with its own swimming pool! The staff were excellent and the food by chef Ana was delicious!! Fresh, tasty and she made vegan for me and healthy for my traveling partner!! The animal guides were knowledgable and we saw many animals during the morning and evening drives. Then the boat cruise through the nearby canyon was fabulous!”

Eu teria ficado 5 ou 6 dias para aproveitar mais um pouco o lugar. Que detox perfeito! A equipe do Nyala é muito amável e caprichosa em todos os detalhes. A localização nos permitia a visita de elefantes, macacos e impalas de dia; a noite, muitos sons eram ouvidos e arriscávamos palpites do quarto. Certamente nossa Ranger...

“E' recintato con password di accesso, questo è positivo, e dentro la riserva dove si trova la struttura ci sono diversi animali come: giraffe, zebre, impala, babbuini, ecc, la mattina di danno il buongiorno. Ci sono solo quattro lodge più la cucina ben arredata. “This place is absolutely stunning and much larger than I expected it to be. There are 3 large viewing decks so seeing animals at all hours of the day is easy. The staff are so friendly and surprised the guests with a dance and song after a boma dinner. Food also was amazing. ”
