Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo cambiare stanza, pagando qualcosa in più, ma per quella che ci piaceva volevano 90 dollari in più. Avendo noi già pagato circa 140 dollari ci sembrava eccessivo. Abbiamo verificato su internet e Agoda vendeva per quella sera proprio quella stanza a solo120 dollari... Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception non hanno voluto rispondere. Morale:...

“L'hotel ha un target di turismo locale, decisamente non al livello di strutture medie internazionali. Ci sono diversi aspetti che lasciano molto a desiderare. Il personale comunque è estremamente gentile e il direttore Allan dotato di una grande professionalità e disponibilità. La connessione ad Internet è buona, il problema è che a Livingstone spesso salta l'erogazione di energia elettrica e quindi di conseguenza tutti i routers. Il servizio al ristorante è un po' lento, ma questo è un aspetto...
