“We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end. “Milanga took great care of us, driving us around anywhere we wanted to go. We saw and took pictures with an elephant, fed monkeys, and saw so many varieties of birds and animals on our river boat cruise, which was amazing! Also, our meals were all very delicious and prepared, and everything was kept tidy. We appreciate all their hard work and care for us! We would love to come back one day!”

"È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo albergo a distanza di 6 anni: la situazione è peggiorata notevolmente. Hotel storico lasciato andare, non manutenuto. Camera vecchia e in pessimo stato, rubinetti in bagno con ruggine, doccia funzionante solo dopo vari tentativi, vasca e lavabo ingialliti pieni di segni di usura. Lenzuola vecchie e ingiallite. Moquette non pulita, tenda oscurante rovinata e sporca. Camera non pulita: sul pavimento presenti molti capelli di altri ospiti e molta polvere e macchie sui mobili. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Unica nota positiva: la colazione, molto varia, ho gradito. Sconsiglio."
