“Ottima struttura e confort. L'unica cpsa cje rovina tutto è il servizio. Cercano di fregarti in ogni passo. All'arrivo chiedevano i soldi seconda volta per la seconda persona, nonostante avevamo mostrato una conferma scritta della prenotazione. Avevamo die colazioni pagate, ma siccome partenza era alle 4:00, non ci avevano fatto fare la colazione all'arrivo ed alla fine abbiamo pagato due colazioni ma usufruito solo una. La cosa fonale delle sorprese dell'hotel- è che non chiamano i taxi normali...

“Very well located stay, in the middle of the nature and relatively close to the main attractions in Terelj. Although the room was nice, the cleaning could be improved, in a lot of manners. In a country like Mongolia, where the tourism is rapidly increasing, attention to detail will also be important, and communication with the client will make a lot of difference.”

“Very helpfull staff, very honest, very clean. The only reason I didn't put a 5 star is the emplacement. It seems a lot closer on the map to the airport than it actually is... and it's very hard to get there from the city center. You kind of have to take a taxi from the city to get here AND another taxi to get to the airport. And since you are far from both destinations, it's expensive. The upside is that once there, you wont get caught in the city traffic trying to get to the airport.”

“Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate ”
