“Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!”

“La struttura è molto bella, personale reception molto cordiale, camere e locali puliti, relativamente alla struttura nulla da dire. Per quanto riguarda i servizi abbiamo usufruito dell'area relax ma la presenza di minori senza controllo genitoriale, fa si che diventi un area giochi, l'idromassaggio era praticamente la vasca tuffi e giochi con fontanelle dei bambini. Quindi niente relax. Inoltre abbiamo usufruito solo un giorno della colazione che propone l'hotel presso il ristorante FABIO a 20€...

“Accoglienza disorganizzata e scortese,l'appartamento è decoroso e caldo la piscina è una vasca da bagno molto più piccola che dalla foto, la sauna piccolissima ma il peggio è l'hammam ( credo sia uno scherzo). La signora che gestisce il complesso è assolutamente inadeguata, non parla nessuna lingua oltre che il francese, maleducata isterica ed anche volgare.”

“Nous avons vraiment aimé notre logement (appart 6 personnes). Le personnel est très agréable. La séance avec le kiné (ou coach) sportif était vraiment professionnel (Tim n'a pas hésité à corriger mes positions lorsque nécessaire). La salle de sport est top”

“Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...

“Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. ”
