“I had a pleasant stay at Bella Casa Hotel. While the hotel is currently undergoing renovations and there is noticeable work in progress throughout the property, it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. The true highlight of my stay was the staff—exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warmth made a real difference. I’m confident that once the renovations are complete, the hotel will offer an even better experience. ”

“The cleanliness, the environment secure and central, the airport shuttle service, the receptionists. However one of the security guards tends to interfere with the guest. I think he should do his job and that is it. ”

“Pro-1. Places, clean, attractive, cozy 2. The staff was fairly nice. However…Cons- OMG. 1. False advertisement, there’s no pool, a kitchen but noway to cook! Host INSISTED me to pay for my own cooking fuel and COAL & everything else! Very very penny pitching cheap host that does not know how to conduct a business and customer service 2. To get to the property it was unsafe and very Dark n scary. One had to drive or walk for long American alley blocks to get to the property. 3. The...

“The room was clean and cool. The beds were comfortable with high-quality bedding and pillows. The staff was very accommodating for our early departure. The property has evidence of remodeling attempts, but the finish work could have been better. Overall, we would stay there again! ”
