“It is a pretty huge place but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The doormen are particularly cheerful and the lifeguards very chatty and warm.
My room was pretty big, with a great shower and free standing bath and a nice view of both the sea and Marble Mountain.
The grounds are gorgeous, with beautifully kept plants, and little bridges over water filled with the eponymous koi carp. Sadly for me, it was not possible to swim in the sea the entire time I was there. The hotel is right...

“There was a problem with the bathtub faucet during our stay, but it was resolved quickly, so we were satisfied.
Since the facility is quite large, we used the electric buggies to get around, but check-out can get crowded, so I recommend allowing plenty of time for check-out.

Ho alloggiato al Hotel M A Da Nang e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La camera con vista mare era spaziosa, moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio; svegliarsi con quella vista è impagabile!
La colazione è stata una delle migliori trovate in Vietnam: ricchissima, varia e di qualità superiore, con prodotti freschi, piatti locali e internazionali preparati con grande cura.
Il personale è sempre gentile e attento, e la posizione dell’hotel è ideale per godersi il mare...

“👎 Pool side Jacuzzi is a joke, barely fit in four people and the water is lukewarm.
My family were advised to reserve a grilled seafood buffet at time of checking in. The seafood variety selection is below average. No lobster or good quality crab. I accidentally tipped the wine glass over, the waitress refused to refill the white wine even though one of our beverages was water.
It’s definitely overrated on the website, disappointed!”

“Parto con la premessa che da un 5 stelle mi aspettavo di più. Come posizione è piuttosto comoda, ma in Vietnam ci siamo sempre spostati con i taxi. Dietro l'albergo c'è un centro commerciale che pensavamo fosse grosso e pieno di roba, ma avevamo sottovalutato gli standard per un paese come il Vietnam.
Parto dai pro dell'albergo:
Spazio: le camere erano senz'atro spaziose e pure la hall era imponente.
Spa: i massaggi costavano poco ed erano di qualità.
Personale: il personale è sempre stato...
