“The room was newly set up, clean, and quiet even though it was located above a sports bar. The carpet looked brand new and smelled fresh. During our three-night stay, we received excellent room service, with fresh towels provided every day. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay and especially for couples. Last but not least, the staff’s instructions were clear, and they were very friendly.”

“Not enough description as to where and how to get into the parking. Video was useless. No place to park to get keys. Had to park in off road and walk to get them. Once in no instructions as to where parking space was. Took time and stress to find. Bad instructions to get to lift. Lucky to find a man working on the lifts to help us. Would not use accommodation again. Very stressful experience.”

“I never write reviews but decided this was worth one. We stayed at lisa’s property over Australia Day through stayz.com and can I just say how amazing and professional she was! The house was not only amazing but it was also immaculate which was important for us and our guests. The infinity pool at this house is amazing . Every step of the way with our booking was easy and we will def be booking again for our next occasion, we had the best time.”

“The reviews were not good, but we needed a house that slept 16, so we thought how bad can it be?Overall the house was clean and large enough for the advertised "sleeps 16".BUT“A fully equipped kitchen” - l think not, 3 spoons, only 2 glasses in the cupboard 1 broken, and from the mixture of crockery there weren't enough bowls. No dishwasher. “You can cook anything” - 2 pots, 1 had rust, no oven trays, a few miscellaneous pans, no foil or baking paper. Even the kettle was missing its lid handle....

“We loved our stay here, for a quiet mom’s getaway- one of us was getting married. It’s a lovely house, just lacking a few elements that I would describe as necessary in a nice house that you want to cook a meal in- tea towel or two, grater, colander. The garden could use a bit of attention, it’s a bit overgrown with weeds. "L' hotel e' situato in posizione centrale a due passi dall' Opera House e circular quay con fermata di metro, tram e traghetti.Si trova all' interno di un edificio moderno con una grande elegante Hall.Purtroppo la camera assegnataci e' stata deludente, le maggiori criticita' sono state la presenza di moquette, la mancanza di adeguati punti luce ,che rende la camera molto buia ,la presenza di un guardaroba troppo piccolo per riporre gli indumenti, le dimensioni ridotte del bagno.Ringrazio il personale che davanti alle nostre lamentele si e' prodigato per renderci il soggiorno piu' confortevole, fornendoci una lampada per cercare di avere un po' piu' di luce e cambiandoci la stanza quando si e' verificato un problema con la pressione dell' acqua.La seconda camera assegnataci aveva una bella vista sulla baia.La colazione e' abbastanza assortita di dolci e salato ma non eccelle in qualità "
