“We were not aware that we had to take our luggage up 4 lots of stairs. The apartment was wonderful. But the stairs were a problem and for security sake we had to park in the designation parking lot that was lock up, but difficult to get luggage into the building.”

“We paid a lot for a cabin that was not worth it. The gas ring only worked on one side. The shower was so small that anyone over 80kgs would hardly fit in it. There was no soap. The barbeque had to be cleaned before we could use it. Not what we expected for the money!”

“On arrival we found the property had not been available for 4 years. The Stayz so called help line is not available. Stayz is very hard to get hold of for a refund. Please arrange ASAP”
