Condo is in poor condition: several holes in the kitchen floor, several light switches that don’t work, a damaged coffee maker with a faulty filter, a broken outdoor light with a bare bulb, a bedroom door that scrapes the floor and is difficult to open and close, dim lighting throughout the condo except in the bathroom, you can hear footsteps from the unit above, and the TV has no French channels on cable—only English ones, and the selection is limited.
