A Truly Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel!
My recent 2-night, 3-day stay at this hotel, concluding on July 11, 2025, was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I feel it's my duty to warn other potential guests about the significant issues I encountered, as my disappointment was profound.
Upon arrival, I immediately discovered the television in my room was not working. I promptly informed the front desk, and the receptionist assured me they were aware of the issue and a technician would be sent in the morning. This, however, never happened. The TV remained inoperable for my entire stay.
Adding to the frustration, my room was missing essential signage that is standard in virtually every hotel – "Do Not Disturb," "Make Up My Room," and other similar indicators. This oversight proved to be more than just an inconvenience.
On my second day, I left my room around 9:00 AM, fully expecting housekeeping to service it. To my dismay, when I returned later, my room had not been cleaned, and the TV was still broken. When I inquired again at the front desk about the TV, I was told there was a note on file, but the maintenance person had already left for the day, and no one else was available to fix it. The front desk employee then vaguely mentioned that if the TV wasn't fixed by checkout, a discount would be applied.
