“Smoke detectors in our room were faulty instead of fixing the problem immediately, it took some doing. So it woke us up 3 times. The final time it never stopped. Then they came. “The environment is spectacular. Hotel is in need of some maintenance, updating, and care. The room itself was subpar for the price. We paid almost $900 a night for a pretty small room without even a coffee maker (nespresso), a toilet that chronically ran and a nonworking hairdryer. I would’ve expected a lot more for that price.
