“This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. ...

“I was so amazed at how effectively they utilized a smallish space to seem huge. It was so well laid out and in such a great location. The check in process was super smooth and the host was so communicative. And don't get me started on the location! Walkable to downtown and the water without being right in the mox of things and too busy - the perfect balance!! I highly recommend this place.”

“The Dusk Suite was perfect for our Valentines overnight. The hosts were very responsive and provided easy instructions to follow. Best location with easy walk to Main Street. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the location in the building very quiet. We did bring our dog and it was convenient and easy. The only wish would be to know the dog fee upfront and which units allowed dogs prior to reserving the room. Also parking is very difficult. Found plenty of...
