“Arrived to a room that hadn’t been turned over. They had a miscommunication with their cleaner, which was unfortunate. They moved me to a different room that was all set. The mirror in the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned from the previous guest but the rest of the room was clean. Music was blasting from the upstairs bar at night around 10pm though the bar was empty. It turned off a little later. All in all a descent place and would stay again as it’s still a good value.”

“this was a perfect stay for me. I was fishing two days and needed two nights stay. super clean, nice room, great bed, friendly at the front desk, quiet, easy parking and several entrances so you can get right to your car. I had a great stay.”

“This is truly a very lovely and special inn. Everything was clean and well kept, lawn and lawn games looked inviting, the shared reading spaces were peaceful. We just should’ve done our research beforehand, because we didn’t realize the restaurant was closed two of the three nights we were there. But we’re so happy we discovered this wonderful place!”

“I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. Ocean view was beautiful. Deck to sit on very nice. The walk was too far for my 5 year old to get to the busy strip with shops but parking was cheap and easy to...

“Posizione comoda per visitare i paesini della costa del Maine ma anche del Massachusetts. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole: disponeva di una zona giorno con divano tavolino e tavolo da pranzo con poltrone piccola zona cucina, zona notte con letto ampio e comodo. Il personale molto disponibile e gentile. La pulizia della stanza, se si resta piú di una notte, va richiesta tramite un modulo che si trova in reception, altrimenti non passano. Colazione varia.”

“The window on our room was not closing well, screen was missing . We reported it right away, but was not not fixed. They also did not not inform us that rooms are cleaned every three days (based on the day you check in), but the front desk person was very accommodating and gave us fresh towels and water bottles. Other than that, if you request for a room facing out to the front you’ll really get a nice view (highway included of course haha!).”

“We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.”
