Burn holes in comforter, toilet seat falling off, hole in fiberglass tub, cracks in ceramic tiles (that is like razor blades), rusty coat hangers, no lock on patio door, floors sticky, sofa torn and soup.

Parking is valet only so it's okay. We ate in the onsite restaurant . It was good/aveerage--nothing out of this world but it everyone in the bar was friendly. My only issue is I asked for a room with a sofabed and did not get a room with a sofabed.

Rooms were clean. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though mattresses seemed older. Great breakfast. Loved the valet parking. Very pet friendly.

The place was perfect, Phil was right there to meet us.He showed us the place explaining everything and let us know if we needed anything or had any questions to give him a call. Place was extremely comfortable for 2. Love our stay.
