“The check in process was seamless. The front desk receptionist was friendly and made sure we knew everything the hotel had to offer. The room was pristine and had everything we needed as well as a Keurig with pods which was a great touch! I really appreciated the full complementary toiletery options from hand soup, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even a makeup remover (which i forgot). “We stayed her two nights a few days apart because it was close to the Manchester airport. Both nights we got in after 1 am. Staff was so friendly and patient. Gave us all the info we needed in a quick and easy checkin so we could get to sleep.”
