La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable. However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal. “No frig in room. No toilet psper. One set of towels. Hole in wall. Bathrm door a wreck. Can see out the front door its pouring in cold air. The young man who chevked us in was wonderful very kind. But this is not worth $800. For a week when its freezing and no supplies. We travel here often. Im a retired court officer and it was noicey from other tenants and ice at the door of our vehicle that shouldnt be there .very dissapointing this room . Thank god we had a blanket with us. ”
