“Very friendly staff! They were doing some remodeling while we were there to make improvements which is nice. Easy access from the highway, quiet location & close to restaurants. ”

Unfortunately I was not able to do so and no other option was given. When I checked into my room (King room with jetted tub) I noticed that it was clean and had the right size bed. “The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. ”
