“Nice large room, quiet environment, staff was great, did not use spa services so no feedback on that.”

“We have been going here for 6 years. This last we were 10 minutes early to check in they said our room wasn’t ready and that they would come get us when it was ready. Were getting checked in my husband and I went to the desk and the lady said oh there you are when the previous lady said she would come get us. Normally we are greeted with Prosecco and this time we weren’t offered it kind of a disappointment other than that it was good.”

“The girl at the front desk was very friendly but not too knowledgeable about the area. The room was nice and pretty clean (though there was a little mold on the caulking on the tub) and bed was comfortable. Found out that the restaurant and pub they have are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays along with several other places around which were the two days we stayed, so I’m not sure how the food is.
