“The property was ok. It was an older property and I get that. The property owners were polite and nice. It needs a clean up and refurbished. My room was missing two florescent light bulbs in the bathroom. There was only one dull bulbs in the bathroom. I had to soap up and shave in the mirror in the light of the window. Let’s give them a chance to improve. The property was very close to a grocery store and that was a plus.”

“Over priced for the accommodation We stayed there because of a wedding, the ballroom next to us was so loud and noisy that we couldn’t hear the ceremony That was really annoying ”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

“The room was very clean, parking was easy, close to downtown with plenty to do. The building was very charming. Only negative in my room was the bed was a metal framed bed that was SPECTACULARLY loud. Any minor movement would make it creak and groan loudly which led to a pretty miserable night's sleep. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if they changed the bed frame.”

“Close to town for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed Waterhouse and Harlow's Pub. Heard that the Pearl is amazing but did not make it there. Brady's Grill, Beepa and Lulu's Restaurant are in walking distance. Visited Monadnock Eats which is great for grab n go. The last night we enjoyed a firepit at The Riverhouse with family. I forgot the Smores set up which would have been perfect. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast and ease of getting extra towels, Water, Coffee and Ice.”

“Terry is a wonderful host and she prepares delicious breakfasts. The home is charming and it sits on a lake with a view of Mount Monadanock. There is a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine and beer (complimentary). There is a TV room. Terry prepares a nice mid-afternoon snack. We think it is the best B & B.”

“All was fantastic! Views, food, stay, etc! We really enjoyed having my Dads 90th there. Melissa handled the food and delivery of it all perfectly! For the room, it was spacious and comfortable, water pressure was good and all was clean. ”
