“So many places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner within waking distance for most, the room was a large updated clean suite with 2 bathrooms and rain showers and huge bathtub in the master bedroom. They offer fresh coffee every morning. The pool is warm and the jacuzzi is huge! We’ll definitely be coming back next summer! ”

“The lighthouse is a cozy, space efficient, welcoming cottage with amazingly comfortable bed. There is also a great porch with outdoor furniture for dining as well as a nice little wagon that you can pull to the beach with beach chairs and some sand toys . The kitchen is stocked with everything one could need to dine in. The location is just a couple of blocks from Main Street, we didn’t need our car at all once we got there. “Beautiful spot and great location! Hosts answered any questions quickly! The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to eat 'at home.' “Came into town for the "Happy Together" concert at the Hampton Beach Casino. The property was a perfect location. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach and close proximity to the concert. “The apartment was perfect for our family. Very clean and tidy. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen was so cute. The proximity to the beach with children was amazing. When I had a question, Travis answered right away! Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend to friends! ”

“John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. ”

“The place seem to still under construction or renovation. No parking at all. Ac only in bed room so living room and kitchen is hot. The window has not blinds or shade, people can see you showering from the deck. The good thing is that it close to the beach. ”

“When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer...

“Super easy transaction—booking, communication, and checkout were all smooth. The place was clean, nicely set up, and in a great location. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood where the kids could bike around, and just a block from the beach. I’d definitely stay again, which says a lot. Only thing is it could use a few more pots and pans, but overall, very happy.”

“Beautiful hidden gem! Clean, comfortable, and with all the ammenities of home. Plus an amazing, spacious outdoor property on the Connecticut River Reservoir. Close to downtown Littleton - Chutters Candy Shop, Shilling Brewery. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. We will return!”

"In assoluto la peggiore esperienza del nostro viaggio in US. La struttura è vecchia e maltenuta, piscina e palestra avrebbero bisogno di una pesante ristrutturazione. La nostra camera si presentava sporca (ho dovuto addirittura togliere gli insetti morti dalla maniglia della porta prima ancora di entrare, le tende erano piene di ragni) ma anche una pulizia più profonda non avrebbe potuto rimediare alla totale mancanza di manutenzione del bagno (macchie e crepe su muri, vasca da bagno, wc) e dell’arredo (divano logoro e macchiato, moquette da incubo). Se non fossimo stati così stanchi ce ne saremmo andati. Unica nota positiva: la sala giochi, carina."
