“Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition.”

“Location and staff. Excellent place to stay plus the breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend for a quick stop over.”

“This place was one of the worst hoteles I've ever been to. I booked it because they said they have a pool, but the pool was out of order as was the ice machine. The room smelled musty and the tv was the size of a monitor. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small and lumpy!”

“The girl that works at the check in desk allowed us to check in early which helped us get some sleep after an early flight. Walls are thick. Very quiet. The beach is right down the road and if you have pets, Drake’s Island is one of my favorites. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. Beachfire has really good food. Horizons Family Restaurant is literally in walking distance from the Inn which serves breakfast. Mike’s All Day Breakfast in Kennebunk was really good. If you like Mexican...
