“The guy who checked us in was not good. Little things add up, and (for example) the wifi password would have come in handy. Our room had two TVs, but only one remote. And we would have benefitted considerably from a fireplace tutorial. There was a young lady at the desk later in the week who was great, by the way. Also- we were there during a week that the town of Lincoln is largely “closed for business”. I understand why the hotel might not want to share that info, but we paid peak prices...

“We always enjoy our stay here. Every room has a fireplace & jacuzzi tub. A wonderful breakfast is included. We had dinner at the bar & we had nice conversation with, James, the bartender. All the staff is very friendly. We always enjoy sitting on the wrap around porch, relaxing & looking at the mountains. The inn is within walking distance to Jackson Village.”

“Room was clean and spacious. Pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was good with eggs and a meat option as well as waffles and cereal. Tristan at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will stay again”

“The room was very clean, so no complaints there. My main issue was the noise, I could hear everything happening in the room next door. The pools were extremely crowded, and while I don’t mind kids having fun, both hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were filled with kids as well, so there wasn’t really an opportunity for adults to relax.
