“Hotel in posizione centrale e comodo per accedere alla zona pedonale della città, pulito, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione molto buona e varia. Uniche "pecche": la mancanza di tende veramente oscuranti e il personale alla reception poco sorridente (ma in ogni caso non ho avuto alcun problema!)”

“З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

“The house and pool were exactly as advertised, and were gorgeous and spacious! We were there with a group of adult friends and it was the perfect space for us. Would love to visit here again! ”

“My only complaint about this property says in description they have air conditioning. Well they do not have this they have a fan. Really big room and bathroom and I'm from the states so for European standard it's insanely large. Nice people in the heart of the city. ”

“Staff were nice and the rooms were very clean. We were kept waiting after a long drive because of confusion on the reservation.In all a good stay.”

“Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!”

“The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia.”

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. The heavy curtains were closed, chairs were placed at either end to hold them, and the bottom of the...
