“The beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. When I requested a softer pillow and an extra blanket, a staff member brought it to my room right away. The breakfast was delicious with many choices.”

“The room is very outdated and doesn’t look like their advertised photos at all. The lobby is located in the newer building but the room they put us in was actually in an older building. Everything inside the room was very old with strangely bad smell. There was strong cigarette smell inside the elevators. I wish the hotel could been more honest and done a better job at disclosing their current room conditions so customers know what they get themselves into. Please do your own research before...

“Tutto perfetto, personale gentile, hotel nuovo, pulito e confortevole . Peccato che i ristoranti nella zona siano aperti solo a pranzo o Comunque chiudano presto la sera. Per avere un po’ più di scelta bisogna spostarsi fino alla stazione.”

“A convenient location near the train station with good facilities including an onsen. The breakfast is simply amazing with a focus on local seafood that is so fresh and tasty. You can build your own seafood rice bowl for breakfast, there is freshly shaved kombu, tasty ramen etc. Probably one of the tastiest breakfast we have ever had. There is parking but the car park just outside the hotel has limted spaces. Thankfully, the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby car park for the same price so...

“Nice hotel with helpful staff. Onsen is nice. Built more for the INAEM experience that Hakodate tourism, but Hakodate is not big and can be manageable by tram or bus.”
