“A Terrible Experience I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Harness Resort, which I booked through Expedia for two nights in their top-tier Deluxe Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The resort staff didn’t even know we had booked the Deluxe Suite. The manager had to make a call to confirm our reservation instead of welcoming us properly. “The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. Also, there was a constant cow noise the whole night and we were unable to sleep. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative. I am really disappointed with my stay here.”
