“A Terrible Experience I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Harness Resort, which I booked through Expedia for two nights in their top-tier Deluxe Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The resort staff didn’t even know we had booked the Deluxe Suite. The manager had to make a call to confirm our reservation instead of welcoming us properly. The receptionist gave us an unwelcome look, making us feel like we didn’t belong, despite paying for the best room. The resort...

“Great hotel, with awesome staff. Very good service. Dining was excellent, and food choices and quality was outstanding. Met all of our expectations. Great views, best place to stay in Pokhara.”

“The pictures on their website site are very deceiving and do not look the same. Please do not book the cottage jungle view room since it’s not in the main hotel and it’s on next to main hotel which looks like a small hut. I requested to cancel one night which we didn’t stay after encountering the issue but staff were unable to help us even though they seem cooperative. I am really disappointed with my stay here.”

“Staff was very helpful and excellent service. Good location from Lakeside”

“Location tranquilla ma a 15 minuti a piedi dal lungolago. Travel desk alla reception molto buono. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Non c'è l'ascensore e se la camera è al terzo o quarto piano è una fatica. Comunque da consigliare.”

“scelto in quanto i due con valutazioni più elevate erano completi. buon hotel lontano mdal centro in posizione isolata al termine di una terribile stradina. wifi veloce ed incluso. discreto ristorante.”

“Great place to stay if you’re traveling to Pokhara.”

“Great location, staff and experience. Will stay when we return to Pokhara.”

“Rooms are extremely basic and look dated. Common areas are better but overall you pay the price of a four star hotel for what looks like a 2 star hotel. Breakfast is generous but the overall quality disappointing.”

“The staff, reception,so friendly, so helpful incredible service , rooms were immaculate Really good food!! Beautiful location… Pool was awesome and we would love to come back!! ☀️❤️”
