“เข้าไปไกลมาก สภาพบ้านพักแต่ละห้องที่เข้าดูทรุดโทรมมาก เหมือนไม่ได้รับการดูแล เวลาเดินต้องระวัง ภายในห้องพักสะอาดพอใช้ แต่เก่ามาก และมีฝุ่นตามผ้าม่าน ห้องน้ำสกปรก มีคราบตามผนังเหลืองอ๋อย ไม่มีที่แขวนผ้า ยังดีที่น้ำไหลแรง แต่ให้คะแนนที่วิวหน้าบ้านพักสวยมาก แค่นั้นเอง ที่เหลือตามสภาพและราคา”
