“The triple room we booked was big and very cute. I loved it but our toilet was plugged on arrival. They did not have a plunger so we had to move rooms up a flight of stairs to two double rooms. I had asked at booking which floor the triple room was on as I wanted a main floor but now we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and our group was separated. “The hotel has a beautiful midcentury design, kind staff, and an excellent restaurant serving southern Thai food. Most of the hotel’s guests are Thai, so the food is up to local standards. Great base for exploring Trang.”

“They did not have my booking when I arrived. The rooms are dated as are the bathrooms. I even had 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay for my 2nd night. Despite the large grand front reception - the hotel is IMO only a 2* at best.”
