“Fantastic location if you want to see the Orangutans. The village is worth a visit too. The hotel restaurant is good and not too expensive but trips are pricey c. £130 pp for a day. It’s worth noting that the hotel only takes cash (Rupiah and possibly US dollars) so take plenty with you, there’s no ATM for 20 miles! If you fly from Jakarta the domestic terminal has no facility to change money”

“Excellent staff, very hospitable. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered a big breakfast buffet which was very good. Restaurant staff were extremely nice. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. ”
