“L'hotel e' situato nella zona sur di La Paz, e' molto confortevole e il personale e' garbato. Il ristorante interno e' molto buono per la carne mentre non è consigliabile per la pasta, scotta e non saporita. Il buffet della mattina e' vario e di qualità.”

“I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. Hard to find the place late at night and you can hear...

“We booked this hotel last minute for 2 nights and did not do much research on it before booking. We we're pleasantly surprised by how new and clean this hotel was for the price. WiFi worked great and we had a great view of the city. Great helpful staff and good location near all the main tourist attractions. Unfortunately we had to leave the country early due to Coronavirus border closings. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Paz.”

“The staff is professional, they are really attentive, helpful, we really appreciate them, rooms are clean, but not so spacious, bathroom is fine, but water goes almost everywhere if you take a shower. Nice location on the Plaza San Pedro, walking distance from the Calle Sagarnaga or even the Main Square of Plaza Murillo. All in all we loved our stay in the Altus Express of La Paz, would stay there again if returning to La Paz”
