“Very nice hotel in Aguas Calientes. Room very big and nice in the middle of the forest. Aguas Calientes in not very nice but the hotel is very close to the Main Street but at the same time very silent! I would recommend ”

“The experience was 10/10. Best view you will ever see.”

“Struttura bella e comoda per la salita a Machu Pichu. La stanza standard era ampia e confortevole ed il personale è stato molto professionale e disponibile...davvero un peccato averci pernottato una sola notte! 😊”

“The hotel was close to train station, it was clean the only thing the mini fridge in our suite wasn’t working and when I let the staff know , they just said we get back to you , they never did we stayed for two nights ! Do plenty of time to fix they just never did , but other than that it was ok”

“We stayed 2 nights in Hotel Jaya & found it to be a pretty poor experience. Apart from having a bathtub with jets in the bathroom (this was an absolute Godsend), there were insects in our room and my partner and I are covered in bites from our stay. Breakfast catered extremely poorly to vegetarians, and the cheese provided actually was off. The staff at the breakfast did not seem to want to be there nor were they happy to answer questions. Our room was extremely hot and we struggled to sleep -...

“Beautiful location and incredible view. We would stay again in this hotel.”

“La struttura è di livello medio. La pizzeria discreta e così anche la colazione. La camera deludente. Il lavandino del bagno perdeva abbondantemente. Nei dintorni l’assoluto deserto. In sostanza soggiorno deludente. Avrei preferito tornare a dormire a Cusco”

“Enjoy all is possible for you in this life yes yes yes”

“We stayed here due to an emergency. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a water leak and the staff were rude and not accommodating, even though we were very tired. At breakfast, there was no flexibility when we slightly exceeded the time limit, and the tone was unfriendly. Nice location, but we would not return.”

“Definitely every single person who visit Cusco should be staying at this hotel. Everything is amazing, wonderful! I do not have words to describe this place. Food is amazing, super yummy, service is great and the owners are amazing as well. This place is quiet… you can find peace and happiness. People can do yoga and meditation. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are incredible clean . Seriously food is really good, every corner of this place is a dream. Free yummy breakfast was the best!”

“Nice property”

“This hotel is very nice. The breakfast is great and they serve it at a very convenient time! Although contacting the hotel over WhatsApp was slightly tricky, once we arrived, they were very attentive. They very kindly decorated the room for my partners birthday and gave him a sweet treat, which made our trip extra special! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a special stay near a wonder of the world.”
