“Bilik bersih. Cuma, maklumbalas sistem yang menyatakan bahawa saya sudah boleh mendaftar, sangat lambat sehingga saya terpaksa menunggu untuk satu tempoh yang lama. Penerangan tentang pakej bayaran yang agak mengelirukan. Say kena bayar deposit untuk setiap bilik sedangkan di tempat lain bayaran deposit hanya dibayar sekali atau satu sahaja untuk semua jumlah bilik yang ditempah. Selak pintu ada yang sudah patah. Layanan kakitangan mesra dan membantu.”

“Already book and paid the room the day before and came around 9pm/8pm 2hb may to check in. Then the staff said they already gave the room to other customer and the hotel was full and asked us to leave. And they didn't have any initiative to refund the my money also! So rude. ”

Have to devise own lock. Took very long time to respond to the WA mssg. Almost cancel. Regret didn’t.”

“住過最好的酒店, 渡假一流, 職員們親切有禮, 訂了海景房, 但入房後發現景觀上對著正在施工的項目, 便要求換房, 職員們爽快的換了一間景觀超好的房間給我們, 出入有接駁小型巴士, 很方便, 酒店餐廳的食物也做得很好, 收費也不貴, 13 樓的酒吧, 晚上可一邊喝著飲料, 一邊看夜景 ~~ 在這裏渡過了難忘的假期”
